My online course has started and I don't have my textbook. What are Textbook eReserves?

Textbook information for online courses is provided ahead of the term through the Follett bookstore website.  However, we recognize that at times there may be shipping delays.  As such, anytime you are taking an online course at Webster which has a required textbook, the Online Learning Center provides access to up to 25% worth or two weeks of reading material, whichever is less, as regulated by copyright laws.

If you do not yet have your textbook, you can utilize the Textbook eReserves as a way to get started in the course until your text arrives.  Please remember that Textbook eReserves is not intended to be a substitute or replacement for you obtaining your required textbooks; you do still need to obtain your books in some fashion.

Textbook eReserve readings are provided to you electronically through the Textbook eReserves folder, accessible on your course homepage.

If you find that the Textbook eReserves folder is missing from your course homepage, the files within the folder cannot be opened, or the files do not match the textbook listed on the syllabus, please contact the Online Learning Center at olc@webster.edu or (866) 622-0888.
